A virtual cellular network and a communication method thereof are provided, wherein the virtual cellular network includes a plurality of ports, being connected each other by means of port network, for receiving packets which are transmitted from mobile terminals, and a port server for selecting out of one or a plurality of duplex packets which are transmitted from one or more ports included in a temporarily formed virtual cells to transmit the selected packet toward a destination and the mobile terminals, wherein all frequency bands may be utilized by all terminals and the mobile terminals are not limited to one base station in communication by constructing ports around the mobile terminals to receive upward direction signals, and the positioning and installation of the ports are simplified.
