Vegf/dll4 binding agents and uses thereof

Disclosed is a bispecific antibody comprising: a) a first antigen-binding site that specifically binds human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and b) a second antigen-binding site that specifically binds human delta-like 4 ligand (DLL4), comprising the CDRs of the sequences as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is its use in treating cancer.
