PURPOSE:An automatic apparatus designed to carry out mixing uniformly, by feeding a suitable number of cups connected to endless chains intermittently, pouring a given amount of a seasoning into the cups connectedly driving thereto, repeating the steps of agitating a noodle with the seasoning, and transferring the resultant mixture to a packaging container. CONSTITUTION:A suitable number of cups 5... are connected to a pair of chains 4 right and left in the form of an endless state (the other one is not shown in the figure due to the superposition), and a noodle is introduced into the cups 5 by an adjacent apparatus. A seasoning powder in a hopper 7 is put into a feeding board 14 in a given amount by a metering feeding mechanism 13, and then fed into the cups 5 by a compressed air apparatus 17. Pulleys 26 of gear boxes 24 having agitating rods 30 are rotated by belts 32 via pulleys 31' driven by a motor 31 in an agitating mechanism 20 provided on a support board 21. The noodle and seasoning in the cups 5 are then repeatedly agitated and mixed. The support 21 is lifted and lowered by air cylinders 22 and springs 23 connectedly drivingly thereto intermittently. The contents thus mixed are then transferred to the next packaging container, and the empty cups 5... are washed by washing water nozzles 33 and dried by a hot air nozzle 35. |
