PURPOSE:To bridge a resin material while supressing to make foams by a method wherein a foamable thermoplastic resin material is continuously heated under a pressure and then, it is cooled to be placed in a normal pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure applying part 10 and a cooling part 15 are coupled and N2, etc. is induced into the interior to form a pressure applying chamber 3 having an inner pressure of approximately 10 barometic pressure. A parent material 2 is directly pushed out into the pressure applying chamber 3 via a junction part 4 by means of an extruding machine 1 and this is made to float upto a heating liquid bath 11 of a heating part 10 and further, this is heated from the lower side, and along with this, the upper face is heated with a plane type exothermic body 8 to form a bridge. (At this time, since the parent material is applied with pressure in a high pressure atmosphere, the generation of inner foams due to a decomposition gas generated from a bridging agent and a foaming agent is sharply suppressed.) Next thereto, the back side of the parent material 2 is flushed with a flushing water from a flush water jet nozzle 13 and thereafter, it is cooled passing through a cooling water 17 of a water tank 14 and then passes through a pick up port 5 and is taken out into the air and is wound around a winding machine 23. |
