SELFFSHIFT TYPE GAS DISCHARGE PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of accidental erroneous discharge by relaxing the wall charge in both ends of a shift channel. CONSTITUTION:A deposited layer of magnesium oxide (MgO) whose thickness is 0.4mum is used as the dielectric layer 11 of a thin film in the section which corresponds to a write electrode W1 and a terminal shift electrode Y2n. The remainder of shift electrodes other than the write electrode on which a shift channel is formed and the shift electrode of the terminal section has a two-layer structure in which the thin dielectric layer 11 of magnesium oxide (MgO) is formed on a dielectric layer 3 of alumina (Al2O3) with a thickness of 6-7mum.
