PURPOSE:To improve the dimension precision, by arranging the dimension regulating jig, which has the gap matched to the length of the width of the tape pad material, before and after the process where plural windows are opened on the long tape pad material at fixed intervals to perform punching formation. CONSTITUTION:Dimension regulating jig 15 which has the gap matched to the length of the width of tape pad material 10 is arranged before and after the process where long tape pad material 10 is punched by punching upper mold 12 and punching lower mold 13 to provide windows 9b. Tape pad material 10 is fed to the punching process through this jig, and it is taken out through this jig 15 after tape pad material 10 is punched to provide plural windows 9b at fixed intervals. As a result, variance of dimensions of windows 9b due to zigzagging of tape pad material 10 in the punching process of tape pad material 10 is prevented, and tape pad 9 having high-dimension precision windows 9b is obtained. |
