<p>PURPOSE:To utilize solar heat for evaporating operation and proliferate effective fragrant fermentation fungi, by rotating the rotary frame body equipped with a stirring carrier along the circular fermentation tank, and also installing a light permeable roof across the ventilation space, to said rotary frame body. CONSTITUTION:The rotary frame body 8 is rotated and moved along the circular fermentation tank 1, and at the same time the stirring carrier 11 is rotated, performing its reciprocating motion. The night soil of livestock for vegetable manure materials, which have been fed into the fermentation tank 1 are rotated and moved along the fermentation tank 1, and they are heaped to almost same height. Subsequently, the rotary frame body 8 and its stirring carrier 11 are rotated slowly, and the suction and exhaust fan 22 is started. Hot air heated by the ray of the sun which has been made incident from the light permeable round roof 16 is made to circulate in the vegetable manure materials together with the open air coming in from the ventilation space 17. As a result, the proliferation of fragrant fermentation fungi is promoted, also urine content is evaporated by fermentation heat of high temperature, and it is concentrated and exhausted together with bad-smelling gas from the ventilation pipe 5 through the air floor surface 2.
