PURPOSE:To solidify urease for long period of time and stabilize without losing enzyme activity thereof by utilizing the photobridging reaction of the polyvinylacetate delivative having stylbazolium radical. CONSTITUTION:By making formylstilbozolium compound, which can be denoted by the general formula II or styrylpyridinium compound, which can be denoted by the general formula III or acetal compound thereof to act on the partial or complete saponification polyvinyl acetate under the existing acid catalyst such as phosphoric acid or sulphoric acid at the room temperature up to 100 deg.C for 1-48hr, a part of a hydroxyl group thereof is replaced with the group to be denoted by the general formula I for obtaining a photobridging delivative. (In the formula R denotes a hydrogen atom, a replaced or nonreplaced alkyl group or aralkyl group, X<-> denotes anion, m denotes zero or 1, n denotes integer 1-6). The viscous liquid gained by adding urease to said photobridging resin solution is let flow and extend on a glass plate, while moisture is vaporized by blowing for obtaining the finished film. Said film is irradiated by light to get the urease solidified film. |
