PURPOSE:To perform the hot melt bonding of two sheets economically and efficiently by a method in which the end of another thermoplastic resin sheet is erected in contact with the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet and the contact part between them is heated by an induction heating method while being pressed. CONSTITUTION:Another thermoplastic resin sheet 2 is erected its end in contact with the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 1, an electrode E is provided with a space F between both the sheets 1 and 2, and then the sheet 2 is pressed on the surface of the sheet 1 by means of a formwork D while applying a high frequency current between the electrode E provided integrally with the formwork D and the other electrode G. Thus, the hot melt bonding of two thermoplastic resin sheets can be performed economically and efficiently without the needs for bonding allowance. |
