PURPOSE:To reduce the number of detections and operations of factors for forecasting, by taking in the state of the day before start and stop or preceding start or stop as data from the actual measured value throughout a year to start and stop the device. CONSTITUTION:Equations A and B are used to forecast the start or stop time of the heater or cooler. The start time or the stop time is obtained on a basis of forecasted gains which are obtained by equations A and B, the actual measured temperature, and the target temperature to start or stop the device. Discriminator 10 selects one of equations A and B according to conditions and leads the operation value of equation A or B into operating part 7 through part 8 or 9. Discriminator 10 answers as NO for states of the forecasted gain at the first start, the forecasted gain at the first stop, and the forecasted gain at the last stop and answers as YES for other states. If ratio DELTAtheta/DELTATD of change quantity DELTAtheta of the control object at the time, when unit time DELTATD passed from the start or stop time of the device, is outside a prescribed range, equation A is selected. |
