PURPOSE:To intend to shorten the preparing times and to increase a discharge characteristic by performing a micro wave irradiation treatment to manganese dioxide and using it after dehydration. CONSTITUTION:A micro wave, for instance, 200W2,400-2,500MHz of micro wave is irradiated on MnO2 saled in a market, e.g. for 20-50sec. Then, MnO2 is knead with conductive material and a binder, sheeted and formed to obtain a positive electrode 1 by punching or the like. Further, a negative electrode 2 is formed by a metal Li disc and constructs a battery together with a separator 3 which holds an organic electrolyte. |
