LIQUID PROCESSING METHOD AND LIQUID PROCESSING DEVICE

[Problem] To provide a liquid processing method and a liquid processing device with which it is possible to (1) process a liquid using the optimal microorganisms and (2) respond swiftly even when changes occur in the liquid. [Solution] This liquid processing method is provided with a step for carrying out processing using a biological treatment tank in which microorganisms are accommodated, and a microorganism optimization step for optimizing the microorganisms used in the biological treatment tank. The microorganism optimization step includes: a liquid extraction step for extracting a liquid that includes a stock solution discharged from a liquid handling system; a screening step for screening the optimal microorganisms suited for the process being performed in the biological treatment tank, the liquid that includes the stock solution being used as a culture substrate; a culturing step for culturing the screened optimal microorganisms; and a supply step for supplying the cultured optimal microorganisms into the biological treatment tank.
