Provided is an array substrate, which is divided into a plurality of pixel units. The array substrate comprises a first electrode layer, an insulation layer that covers the first electrode layer and a second electrode layer formed on the insulation layer, wherein the first electrode layer comprises a first electrode (100) arranged in each of the pixel units, the insulation layer comprises an insulation layer unit (200) that covers a surface of each first electrode (100), and the second electrode layer comprises a second electrode (300) arranged on the insulation layer unit (200); and in each of the pixel units, the insulation layer unit (200) comprises a plurality of insulation regions (210, 220, 230), and a dielectric constant of at least one of the insulation regions (220) is different from dielectric constants of the other insulation regions (210, 230). Also provided are a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method for the array substrate. By means of simply changing the structure of the insulation layer unit (200), a multi-domain liquid crystal display device can be achieved, so that the process cost for manufacturing an array substrate can be reduced. |
