PURPOSE:To easily match the impedance and reduce an insertion loss, by using a low output impedance amplifying circuit for a distributing circuit, and also using a PIN diode or a Schottky diode for a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:A distributing circuit 21 is constituted of an emitter follower circuit which has grounded a collector of the transistor 7. Input signals which has been distributed to N-sets by said distributing circuit 21 are connected to the diode switching circuits 31-3N through the matching resistors 81-8N, respectively. These switching circuits 31-3N are constituted of PIN diodes of Schottky diodes 91-9N. The on and off control is executed by controlling the currents flowing in the PIN diodes 91-9N of the switching circuits 31-3N. |
