PURPOSE:To intend a combined use with a charger by using a cleaning brush as a conductor to apply voltage. CONSTITUTION:By using a cleaning brush 6a as a conductor and by making it contact to the drum surface 1a of a photosensitive body with application of voltage E6, the surface of the photosensitive body is charged. Charges of the drum surface is eliminated with a charge eliminator 5, remaining toner on the drum surface is removed with the cleaning brush. Since a voltage is applied, an increased effect of elimination is obtained. The toner eliminated is adsorbed by a recovery brush 6b (when voltage over the E6 is applied, an increased recovery efficiency is obtained) and scraped away. |
