PURPOSE:To mold ''sushi'' (vinegard fish and rice), etc., in a proper compression hardness, by setting the second belt conveyor with a proper angle of inclination against the first belt conveyor, providing a pipe part formed by a passge for food having a given cross-sectional area. CONSTITUTION:Boiled rice is untied by the unfastening net 32 for boiled rice, introduced into the chute 2, and trnsferred from downward to the direction A in the passage 8 for boiled rice by the first belt conveyor 9 and the second belt conveyor 16. In the transportation, the boiled rice is sent from the bottom of th chute 2 through the passage 8 for boiled rice to the pipe part 7, and to the outside by the protrusion 12 of the belt conveyor 11. Since the second belt conveyor 16 is inclined against the first belt conveyor 9, the boiled rice is compressed and hardened in the same hardness by human hands. After being pushed out from the opening part of the pipe part 7, the boiled rice is trasferred in the direction A on the receiving stand 31, brought into contact with the stopper 30, and cut by the cutter 27. |
