PURPOSE:To decrease the damage due to earthquake and to facilitate the sorting of products by separating a sensor from the material to be checked and applying a mark on the material to be checked by a marking device when the initial fine vibration of the earthquake is sensed during the flaw detecting operation of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:When a P wave sensing signal 9 is outputted from a P wave sensor 8 during the automatic flaw detection, a sensor lift-up signal is given to a driving mechanism 4 from a control device 7. An ultrasonic sensor 5 is lifted in the direction of (c), and the mark is applied on the material to be checked 1 whose flaws are not scanned yet by the marking device 10. Thus, the damage due to the earthquake is decreased and the sorting of the products is facilitated. |
