PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can stably provide high cleanability for a long period and thereby providing high image quality stability to images to be formed, an image forming apparatus, and an image forming method.SOLUTION: The present electrophotographic photoreceptor is an electrophotographic photoreceptor included in an image forming apparatus comprising the electrophotographic photoreceptor, charging means, exposure means, developing means, transfer means, lubricant supply means, and cleaning means. The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer and a protective layer laminated in this order on a conductive support, and the protective layer contains p-type semiconductor fine particles in a resin and has a surface roughness Rz of 0.030 μm or more and 0.075 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
