PURPOSE:To completely automate the work of manufacturing a laminated core by automatically turning half of lamintaed core at 180 deg. in a horizontal plane when the number of core piece becomes half of the required number to eliminate the deviation of laminating direction of the laminated core. CONSTITUTION:When the operating number of a punch 8 is counted and the number of the core pieces 2 laminated on a support 18 becomes half of the required number, the support 18 supporting the laminated core 21 is lowered, and is separated from a core piece 2 to be punched thereafter at the core 21 of the half number. At this time the punch 8 is stopped operating, and a punch 9 is operatd. When a magnetic plate 1 is fed between the punch 9 and a blank die 7, the iron piece 2 is punched by the punch 9 into the die 7. When the core pieces 2 become required number, the punch 9 is stopped operating. Then, a stopper 22 secured to the lower surface of a base operates to incline a part of the support 18, then removes the completed core 21 and feeds it to a chute 23. |
