<p>A pasteurizing device, particularly for ice-cream liquid mixes, characterized in that it comprises a closed-bottom pasteurizing tank (1), a plate of heat conducting material (3) fixed to the outer side of the bottom of the tank (1) and covering said bottom nearly entirely; said plate having incorporated therein a coil (4) constituting the evaporator of a refrigerating apparatus and a heating resistance (5), and means (7 - 8 - 11 - 12) in said tank (1) for stirring the liquid mix contained therein.</p> |
