PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can easily supply a toner and use the entire amount of toner in a toner container with a simple configuration, a control method and a control program for the image forming apparatus, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming apparatus comprising: a toner cartridge motor that has a toner cartridge 500 removably attached thereto and drives a developing device 2 and the toner cartridge 500; an intermediate hopper 600; a toner conveyance motor that drives the intermediate hopper 600; and a main control part that controls to supply a toner from the toner cartridge 500 to the developing device 2, wherein the main control part includes a drive control part that controls to operate the toner cartridge motor and the toner conveyance motor in synchronization with each other when supplying a toner to the developing device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
