PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of reducing the size.SOLUTION: A lens barrel 10 includes: a 1a group lens frame 15; an OIS base frame 17; and a fixed frame 24. The 1a group lens frame 15 has a first lens L1. The OIS base frame 17 has an opening 17e for optical axis adjustment of the first lens L1.
