<p>PURPOSE:To improve sealing and fitting strength of gutter construction of automobiles designed for less air resistance by fitting a dripmole to a dripflange with a clip, the dripflange being extendedly installed at a roof panel side edge of a dripgutter. CONSTITUTION:At the side edge of roofpanel 15 shown on A-A section view, dripchannel 22 is formed by extendedly installing stepped member 21 and dripflange 18 raising from an end of stepped member 21, along roofside rail outer 16. Along dripchannel 22, dripmole 20 of metal and plastic material is provided and is fitted to dripflange 20 with Nipper 19a located within dripchannel 22 and running through dripmole 20 and with clip 19. When assembled, dripmole 20 is formed to make a smooth surface matching to a surface of roofpanel 15 and an outer surface of doorsash 23.</p> |
