FUEL INJECTION NOZZLE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a spiral nozzle with the optimum characteristic of injection in accordance with the use purpose of a fuel chamber by piling up a plurality of plate members with pass holes in slided phases by forming spiral passages by pass holes connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:A pair of pass holes 2 of a small-diameter are bored on a plate member piece 1 of a metallic thin disk to be symmetric to the center of the piece. A required number of these plate member pieces 1 are piled up in successively slided phases with their pass holes 2 mutually connected for forming a pair of spiral passages 11. A pile of plate member pieces 1 is held and fast fixed between a valve seat 15 and a mouthpiece 20 to be contained inside a nozzle main body 12, and fuel is conducted through its passages 11 and given revolutions. In this construction, the lag of phases as well as the length of passages can be changed by changing the number of thin plate member pieces.
