PURPOSE:To decrease a difference of operating time due to length of a stroke, by combining simultaneously moving plural annular pistons arranged in a pair of cylinder units and advancing an operating piston correspondingly to the stroke of the pistons. CONSTITUTION:If performed changeover operation of a supply-discharge selector valve device 209, which pressure air fed from a compressed air supply source 20 flows into the rear chamber of an annular cylinder chamber Cy1 from a supply- exhaust air passage 15, to move an annular piston P1 to the side of a cylinder front chamber by the stroke l1 of said piston and feed out oil in the front chamber into an oil chamber 11, then a pressure receiving face Pa of an operating piston P is pressed out to advance the operating piston P against air pressure, loaded to the front chamber of the cylinder chamber 3, to the direction of an arrow head X1 by the prescribed stroke. Further the rear chamber of the annular cylinder chamber Cy1 is communicated to the atmosphere by reset operation of a supply-discharge selector valve device 20a, then the operating piston P and the annular piston P1 are reset. |
