PURPOSE:To improve safety and comfortability by driving and cooling an engine and a ventilator through the key insertion into a door when the intra-room temparature of a car exceeds a preset one during parking and preventing the external start of the engine during getting on. CONSTITUTION:A door lamp switch 1b, a driver detection switch 1c, and a door lock switch 1d are set to ON. When a key switch 1a is set to ON by a key, an engine starting and ventilating fan 4 and a window opening and closing device 7 are driven by the mutual operation of a preset short time decision drive circuit 2 and a car room temperature sensor 3 through the side brake actuation check of switches 8 and 9 and the neutral check of a speed changer even if the key is removed by the actuation of a self-holding circuit 5 and the intra-car-room temperature is reduced. In this case, when the switches 1b to 1d detect the state of keeping a door opened and a key unlocked while a driver is getting on, the engine will not be started even if the key is inserted into the door. As a result, safety and comfortability can be improved. |
