PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus wherein stamping printing can be conducted on the surfaces of a plurality of long articles in one process by providing a stamping film supporting mechanism and a stamping roll mechanism having specially-formed heat-resisting rolls in a conveying passage of an article conveying block. CONSTITUTION:Compressed fluid from the direction of an arrow X reaches the lower parts of hydropneumatic cylinders 36-38 through an air pilot type pressure adjusting valve 57 and the position (a) of a solenoid valve 55. When the heat-resisting rolls 18-20 for stamping printing come to the corner part of an article to be printed, the solenoid valve 55 is switched from the position (a) to a position (d), the fluid moves a piston upward and a roll supporting arm 31 increases the pressing force of a roll 25. When the surface to be printed of the article has a convex form and is given an upward tilt, the roll moves upward with the surface to be printed and thereby the fluid pressure below the piston is increased. However, the fluid gets away from the pressure adjusting valve 57 and thus the pressure is kept fixed. On the other hand, when the surface has a concave form and is given a downward tilt, the lowered fluid pressure is replenished and thus the pressure is kept fixed likewise. |
