PURPOSE:To obtain stone blocks applicable for general use, by projecting a shot on the surface of stone material such as natural or artificial stone, while it is transported in the horizontal direction, so that desired pattern may be formed continuously on the surface. CONSTITUTION:In a surface pattern working device 1 of stone 2, formed in the block type, the stone 2 is sent horizontally by circulating motion of the endless belt 4b, etc., to the end of the traveling. And the frame structure mechanism 8, installed on the upper portion of the machine frame 3 in parallel to the transport mechanism 4b, is equipped with a pair of right and left pattern forming plates 9, each of which is composed of an elastic body with punched out form of desired pattern. Now, stone 2 being sent by the mechanism 4, and the pattern forming plate 9 being transferred as laid on the surface of the stone 2 by the mechanism 8 are transferred synchronized with each other and the pattern working of the surface of the stone by projection of the shot is performed accurately. |
