PURPOSE:In a nibbling shearing device to be used while mounting on a chuck of an electrid drill, to prevent the deterioration of the lubricating oil by forming a pair of gaps between a punch body and an insertion hole in a supporting member thereby absorbing the distortion due to the thermal expansion of the punch body. CONSTITUTION:A work W is sheared through the corporation between a punch 14 and a dies 11. Here the insertion hole S1 in a supporting tube 11a for supporting the punch 14 is formed into a right tube while the punch body 14a is formed into an oval pole where the long diameter section 11a will slide against the inner-circumferential face of the insertion hole S1 while two gaps V are formed between the inner-circumferential face of the insertion hole S1 and the outer-circumferential face of the punch body 14a thus to absorb the distortion produced by the thermal distortion of the body 14a due to the heat produced through the sliding friction between the long diameter section of the punch body 14a and the inner-circumferential face of the insertion hole S1 at said gap V. Consequently the abnormal heating at the sliding section and the deterioration of the lubricating oil can be prevented. |
