PURPOSE:To perform efficiently the character processing of Kana (Japanese syllabary)-Kanji (Chinese character) conversion, by subjecting the same input data to the Kana-Kanji conversion processing accompanied with the abnormal division processing and the Kana-Kanji conversion processing without the abnormal division processing continuously. CONSTITUTION:An input data train from a keyboard 5 is written in an input data register INDR and a work register WORK of an RAM14 and is subjected to the Kana-Kanji conversion processing accompanined with the abnormal division processing. Next, other processings such as the operation for reading homophones, the transfer of them to a display device, and the display of them are performed. If the Kana-Kanji conversion processing without the abnormal division processing is indicated from the keyboard 5 or the like, the input data train stored in the register INDR is written into the register WORK again and is subjected to the Kana-Kanji conversion processing without the abnormal division processing. |
