PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy and effective efficiency improvement of photovoltaic power generation panel.SOLUTION: Using electric power of a very small part of total integral power generated by a photovoltaic power generation panel, a current output characteristic of a photovoltaic power generation panel is changed by the momentary action of a stimulus of a voltage or current on the photovoltaic power generation panel during power generation. At night generating no power or in the morning or evening generating little power, a pulse stimulus is given. Connection with existing apparatuses is made to two terminals of a power converter connected with the photovoltaic power generation panel or four terminals between an output terminal of the photovoltaic power generation panel and an input terminal of the power converter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
