<p>PURPOSE:To form a rugged pattern having depth with high reproducibility, by printing ultraviolet-curing paint to the sol coat surface of foaming resin material applied to the surface of a substrate so that the paint is swollen on the sol coat surface, and subjecting the paint-applied surface to thermal expansion and ultraviolet ray irradiation. CONSTITUTION:The sol coat 2 of foaming resin material, e.g. polyvinyl chloride containing a foaming agent, is applied to the whole surface of a substrate 1, and then ultraviolet-curing paint 3 is swollen to form a pattern on the surface of the sol coat 2 by use of a silk screen plate 6. Thus, silk screen printing is done. Thereafter, the paint-applied surface is heated to generate foams and cure the sol coat 2, and then subjected to ultraviolet irradiation to cure the ultraviolet- curing paint 3. The ultraviolet-curing paint 3 partially penetrates into fine concavities 7 formed on the surface of the sol coat 2 by the expansion, so that its adhesiveness to the sol coat 2 is enhanced owing to an anchoring effect.</p> |
