PURPOSE:To eliminate the glossiness difference between a part where a toner image fixed on a titled body is erased by a solvent and other parts and to make said part indistinguishable from rhe other parts by setting the gloss of a surface coated layer on the body to a specified regular reflectance or under. CONSTITUTION:As for a coated layer of a body to be recorded (having a coated layer on a surface of fine-quality paper) for fixing an electrostatic image, a layer is formed so that the gloss of the layer containing a binder resin and fine powder such as CaCO3 or TiO2, having a refractive index different from the binder resin is <=4% regular reflectance. A regular reflectance indicates a reflectance measured at 75 deg. angle between a incident ray and a sample and at 105 deg. regular reflection angle. The fine-quality paper of the body has about 3% glossiness and its glossiness difference between the body and the coating layer is reduced to make a part where an image is erased by a solvent indistinguishable from other parts. |
