PURPOSE:To simplify and to minimize the structure with a reduced length, by distributing a magnetic sensor and a processing circuit of the detection output of the magnetic sensor at a single side of a magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:Wity the rotation of a rotating shaft, the detection output in accordance with the rotation quantity is produced at a magnetic sensor 17 by the function of a magnetic film 16 having a circular magnetic pattern comprising N and S poles of a magnetic disk 14. The detection output is led to a signal processing circuit of a circuit substrate 15. As the sensor 17 and the signal processing circuit are distributed only at a single side of the disk 14, a magnetic rotary sensor having a simple and small structure with a reduced length can be obtained. |
