PURPOSE:A food product containing natural calcium of high nutritive value that is mainly composed of crushed meat and fine bones of sea eel and of appropriate flavors and spices, thus effectively utilizing natural resources dropping in commodity value. CONSTITUTION:The meat skin and a number of fine bones of sea eel, which is obtained after its internal organs, head and middle-size bones are removed, are frozen, cut into a number of pieces of about 1mm. width and minced with a crusher. Then, the minced product is combined with onion, carrot, salt or pepper. |
