KANA-KANJI CONVERTING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To convert words and phrases in which forms of words or reading of ''kanji'' (Chinese character) are changed into ''kana'' (Japanese cyllabary)/''kanji'' characters efficiently by dealing the standard characters processed in an input device with ''Romaji'' (Roman letters) and dividing these characters into a part whose forms are not changed and the other part with the change of forms of words. CONSTITUTION:In input part 11 of an input device generates a ''Romaji'' code for a character string inputted with ''kana'' or ''Romaji'' in every phrase. The ''Romaji code'' is passed through a control part 12 and supplied to a grammer analyzing part 13 and also to a display part 14 after converting into a ''kana'' code in case of ''kana'' input. The grammer analyzing part refers a corresponding word from a memory part 15 on the basis of the sent ''Romaji'' code in the procedure described below and corrects the inputted characters into words and phrases of ''kanji'' or mixed with ''kanji'' in the reference range. The display part 14 displays the highest ranking of words and phrases of ''kanji'' or mixed with ''kanji''.
