PURPOSE:To obtain a titled controller which has enhanced control performance with a small-sized structure, by sealing the area between a floating object and a casing with a magnetic fluid with no use of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A fluid path includes as inlet 1, a control hole 2 and an outlet 3. A control valve 5 is set opposite to the hole 2. A casing 14 including the above-mentioned path contains a floating object 13 which can move up and down centering on an axial core 15 hung down to the center line of the casing 14. The object 13 contains a permanent magnet 16, and the lower end of the object holds a ball part of the upper end of a valve 5 with its pawl. The hollow parts 19 and 20 are formed at the outer circumference part and the central through-hole of the object 13. A magnetic fluid 21 is held at the parts 19 and 20 by the attracting force of the magnet 16. The fluid 21 seals the boundary between a primary and secondary pressure rooms 8 and 9. |
