PURPOSE:To intend shortening of the time for production, by extruding thermoplastic resin like a sheet, cutting it in the width direction and forming the cut unit one by one, then stamping out the formed product one by one by the trimming press and departing it from the residual scrap part. CONSTITUTION:After thermoplastic resin is continuously extruded from the T die 2 of an extruder 1 and a sheet like article S is obtained, it is cut into a single sheet 16 as the cut sheet of the predetermined length by a cutting device 15. Then the single sheet 16 is carried successively to the forming apparatus 19 and each single sheet 16 is formed into the formed sheet 22 of the predetermined shape there. After that, the formed sheet 22 is carried to a trimming press 25, trimmed and separated into the product part (formed product) 29 and the scrap part 30. As in this way, the line entirety is separated into the foregoing and following processes against cutting, then the trouble is minimized. |
