<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the ununiformity of a potential distribution, which is generated by electrodes provided in a plane resistor, with simple constitution, by providing auxiliary electrodes which face to X and Y electrodes, which are arranged on four sides of the plane resistor, through insulating layers. CONSTITUTION:A plane resistance sheet 2 is formed on the reverse face of an insulating substrate 1. Lead parts 3-6 are formed in edge parts of this sheet 2, and X electrodes 7 and 8 and Y electrodes 9 and 10 are mounted on lead parts 3-6. An AC is inputted to electrodes 7 and 8 and electrodes 9 and 10 alternately by a driving circuit 20. X auxiliary electrodes 12 and 13 and Y auxiliary electrodes 14 and 15 are formed on electrodes 7 and 8 and electrodes 9 and 10 respectively through the substrate 1; and by the circuit 20, electrodes 12 and 13 are driven when electrodes 7 and 8 are driven, and electrodes 14 and 15 are driven when electrodes 9 and 10 are driven. Thus, a distortion of potential distribution which is generated by the other pair of electrodes when the AC voltage is applied to one pair of electrodes is eliminated.</p> |
