PURPOSE:To make it possible to collect a target field of vision with exactness by providing a specimen making device with a punching means to punch out the target field of vision in the replica film that is taken from a specimen by means of an electronic microscope. CONSTITUTION:A plastic replica film 21 is mounted on a X-direcion minute movement device 23, and minute movement knobs 22 and 24 for minute movements in X and Y directions are manipulated to place a target field of vision of the replica field 21 in the center of the punch hole 26. Next, a punching device is mounted on a frame 29 and the punching rod 31 is pressed down to punch out the replica film 21, and the punched replica film 21 is recovered through a long narrow hole 28. When the replica film 21 is used for observation under an electronic microscope, desired part of the field of vision can be observed. |
