NON-CONTACT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of dusts in the environment that contains a lot of dusts by covering with cylindrical slits 100% of the field of vision of a non-contact temperature sensor and at the same time blocking flexible material on the inside face of the cylindrical slit. CONSTITUTION:A heating roll 1 temperature of which is to be sensed is provided in the opposing position to a machining roll 2. A non-contact temperature sensor 6 of thermo-couple type is installed vertically above a scraping claw 5 to the contact face of the heating roll 1, and the angle A of the field of vision of this sensor 6 is about 60 deg.. A cylindrical slit 8 of length l that is made of a material like non-transparent heat resistant plastics is provided in front of the infra-red light detection section of the sensor 6. The sensor 6 is formed so that its maximum angle of the field of vision becomes B by the opening 9 of this slit 8. Further, blocking of flexible material is planted at the place 10 of inside face of the cylindrical slit 8 where it will not interfere with the field of vision through the opening 9.
