<p>PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing process and improve product quality, by making a masking jig float on molten solder, and then, by inserting a terminal and a coil terminal section of a flyback transformer into a through hole so that the solder adheres to them. CONSTITUTION:A masking jig 11, which is to be allowed to float on molten solder A, is made into a flat-plate-like shape of an appropriate size by using a steel plate or a stainless steel plate, etc., and it is made to float on the solder A by making utilization of difference in specific gravities, etc., and at the same time, a small-diameter through hole 12 is provided on the center section. Under the condition that this masking jig 11 is floating on the molten solder A, such a part of a flyback transformer as a terminal section 14 of a high-tension coil 13 is inserted into the through hole 12, and then, after having been soaked into the molten solder A from the through hole 12, it is pulled out from the molten solder, and by doing so, the molten solder is made to adhere to the surface of the terminal section 14.</p> |
