PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which may be readily packaged into an IC. SOLUTION: A charger/discharger 12 is formed of resistors R1 , R2 and a capacitor C1 , the capacitor C1 is charged/discharged by turning on/off the discharging lamp. First voltage-current converter 13 converts a reference power supply voltage Vref into current I1 , second voltage-current converter 14 converts the voltage of the capacitor C1 into current I2 . A current subtractor 15 subtracts current I2 from current I1 . to output current I3 , a resistor R3 converts current I3 of the current subtractor 15 into an output voltage Vout to output. After lighting, as the voltage Vc of the capacitor C1 increases, the current I2 gradually increases, while the current I3 of the current subtractor 15, that is the output voltage Vout gradually decreases to stabilize the flux from the discharging lamp. |
