PURPOSE:To form the composite body of a non-flat metallic sheet and resin with high work efficiency, by plastically working a metallic substrate located inside a metal die during clamping the metal die, and then injecting molten resin. CONSTITUTION:After a metallic substrate 6 provided with through holes 6a is attached to a metal die 4b with set pins 7, the metal dies 4a and 4b are clamped together. In this case, the part 6b of the metallic substrate 6 is plastically worked into a desired shape by plastically-working metal fittings 5a, 5b located inside each of the metal dies. Thereafter, molten resin is injected into the metal dies 4a, 4b and let flow to the opposite surfaces of the metallic substrate 6 through the through holes 6a, so that resinous flange parts 8a having diameter larger than that of the holes 6a are formed on the opposite surfaces at positions corresponding to the through holes 6a and that a resinous projection 8b is formed on the flange part 8a. In this way, the metal sheet-resin composite body is formed. |
