<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the generated torque of a motor, and to reduce the size of a device, by transmitting the power of the motor not to a capstan, but to only a cassette carrying means in cassette unloading mode. CONSTITUTION:For cassette loading, the rotation of a motor 4 is transmitted to a motor pulley 122 through a unidirectional rotating clutch 124 to rotate capstans 172 and 174. When a tape is run, the rotation of the motor 4 shown by an arrow 126 allows a sun gear 136a to rotate as shown by an arrow 184 through gears 128, 130, 132, and 134, but the rotation of a gear 154 is restricted, so a carrier 148 rotates as shown by an arrow 188. For cassette unloading, the motor 4 reverses, so the unidirectional clutch 124 is not engaged, so that neither capstan 172 nor 174 is driven. The turning force of the motor 4, on the other hand, is transmitted to the sun gear 136a and the rotation of the carrier 148 is restricted by a shaft 160, so the rotation of the sun gear 136a is transmitted to the gear 154, a double-state gear 8, and a gear 12, thereby ejecting the cassette.</p> |
