PURPOSE:To exactly remove a burr, by fitting a projecting part to be guided of shaft-like goods with a burr, into a recessed guide part in a die provided with a burr cutting edge, dropping a punch, and cutting and removing the burr. CONSTITUTION:When removing a burr B of goods A with a shaft or a shaft hole, the goods A are inserted into a shaft hole 4 of a die provided with a recessed part-like guide part 2 which is fitted into a projecting part to be guided C provided on the goods A. The part to be guided C of the goods A is fitted into the guide part 2 of the die, and the burr B is exactly positioned on an edge part 1 of the die. In this state, a punch is dropped on the goods A, and the burr B is cut by the edge part 1 of the die. When the guide part 2 of the die is fitted into the part to be guided of the goods A, centering of the goods A is exactly executed against the die, and the burr B of the goods A can be cut and removed with high accuracy. |
