PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of singing and to obtain a low-inertia clutch rotor as well by forming the clutch rotor with a resin molded substance adding and compounding rubber to resin. CONSTITUTION:Powder rubber is added and compounded at the time of compounding the material of FRP resin for kneading and heating mold during the mold processing of an FRP resin mold substance. Rubber portion is added to FRP resin composition by this configuration and damping effect to vibration can be displayed. Therefore, even if sudden sliding vibration occurs at the pressed surface of a clutch ring 28 and a friction material 35 or at the pressed surface between a brake ring 31 and a friction material 36, the vibration is damped by a clutch rotor itself to attenuate air vibration and the occurrence of singing can be prevented. |
