PURPOSE:To contrive to form a high frequency inverter in a small size by a method wherein power inverting circuits of the plural number are connected to single DC electric power source, while frequency control circuits are provided for the every power inverting circuits in relation to loads of the plural number, and electric powers for every loads are made as regulatable. CONSTITUTION:The power inverting circuits 21-2n formed by connecting thyristors 2a-2d in a bridge type are connected to the variable DC current source 4 in series, and loads 31-3n consisting of reactors 3b and capacitors 3a are connected individually between AC terminals of the respective power inverting circuits 21-2n. Output voltages of the power inverting circuits 21-2n are detected with current transformers 5a, outputs thereof are compared in comparators 5d with the reference signals 5c to control the respectiv thyristors 2a-2d through V/F converters 5e and gate circuits 5f, 5g. Accordingly electric powers for respective loads are made as regulatable individually, while to provide the inverter devices for every loads by 1 vs. 1 is made unnecessary, and the device on the whole can be formed in a small type. |
