PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and the number of parts by jointing a torque converter housing with a bulkhead and a transmission case and by forming an oil pump and an oil passage on the bulkhead. CONSTITUTION:A bulkhead 122 is provided in one body with a torque converter housing 121. A transmission case 130 is fitted to the bulkhead. An oil pump 90 and an oil passage 98 are incorporated on the bulkhead to form pressure control unit. |
