PURPOSE:To enable reduction of running cost as well as energy-saving operation by automatic operation control on three modes of normal, heat or cold accumulation and recovery of accumulated heat or cold using four electromagnetic valves in dependence on the load indoors and outdoors. CONSTITUTION:Automatic control is accomplished on operation modes such as heat or cold accumulation and its recovery by using: a first electromagnetic valve 7 bypassing an indoor heat exchanger 3 for heat accumulation operation during refrigerating; a second electromagnetic valve 8 bypassing the heat exchanger 3 during heat accumulation using heat pump for heating; and a third and a fourth electromagnetic valves 9 and 10 operable during heat absorbing operation for cooling and heating. For example, during heat recovery operation, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 1 is passed through the electromagnetic valves 8, 7 to the heat or cold accumulator tank 6 and performs heat exchange with the heat or cold accumulator material 6 via a refrigerant tube 6a so that the energy stored in the heat or cold accumulator material is returned to the refrigerant cycle. With this construction, operations can be done during the time segment with high energy efficiency, whereby operation rate is increased enabling energy-saving operation. |
